My pops got me some leaf springs off facebook marketplace that we believe to be Hotchkis (can't remember at this point, it's been a while). When looking at the bushing set up in the front, they installed metal inserts that are different than the factory.


This would be fine except that the width is too short for the bracket, and the inside diameter is too big for the bolt. The factory leaf spring has the below bushing


I've looked at some installation instructions and pictures on Hotchkis' website and none of the part numbers will pull up, and the pictures all look like they have the same bushing set up as factory. My question is, does anyone know of a bushing I can get that works in conjunction with the current set up on the new leaf spring, or am I better off pressing out the metal insert, and pressing in a factory style bushing?

 

This makes me happy that I bought springs with the bushings already installed.
