Yeah my pension passes on to my wife, even if she remarried after I died, but don't tell her!

I did the wedding this afternoon and bailed quick. I did see something kind of funny though. I have 7 aunts and uncles. When the pastor asked who gives this woman away. Everyone (spouses too) stood up at the same time and said we do. I guess you would have to have been there. Too funny. Then the new guys wedding vows were "I walk the line" by Johnny Cash. I guess when your in your 80's and already did a serious wedding you can have fun with the second one.

Glad everything went OK at the Wedding...

I know you were concerned about how you would feel, and it seems like it went ok..

Life is pretty strange the older you get....

Have a Great Christmas, and to a better 2012....

Small update. I got my new firewall panel cut at work tonight. Version 3.0 now runs from the trans tunnel all the way to the passenger side. Last night I finally got to use the lathe at our new shop. So I cut down one of my rotors to use as a hub for the LS brake conversion. I came in today to do the other one but someone had real work chucked up in the lathe. I don't disturb their work to do my personal projects. I could get busted doing that. Anyhow. The first one works perfect. I'll get some pics this weekend, hopefully Santa got me a few days in the shop like I asked for.

I asked Santa for some time off, so hopefully all I'll do is show my son-in-law what I've got done! Unless I can talk him into sanding too!
He told me today that he's looking for a body because he wants to build a gasser too! Another convert from muscle cars and 4WD's!

Looks like your daughter knows how to pic em. I have the same relationship with my FIL. He rides a Harley. He is also the family mechanic and handyman. He welcomed me because i don't need to have him come fix my junk. LOL I just have to borrow tools from time to time.

No need too convert me. I'm a car guy. I like everything. Except ratrods. Then again I grew up at car shows and my dads buddies had muscle cars and show rods. I remeber his best friend. He had a Pinto w/ blown 302 that us kids used to sit in the back of while they did wheelies. He also had a Galaxy 500 four door show car. That was just plain one of the nicest cars I can remember. Shaved handles before it was a popular mod. Then his DD was a late 70's Bronco with 6" lift and cherry paint. Him and his 4 brothers were body guys. His sister was my moms best friend. Needless to say I was never too far from a hotrod or bike.
