I guess my big concern would be if the wiper motor ever failed. I'd want to leaave enough clearance to aloow for a wiper motor change in the future. It looks like the motor and transmission for the wipers are trapped under the new sheetmetal.

This panel is removable. It's not welded in. It will be screwed on. The heater box is also removable, but the core is reached from in the car. The box is attached to the fan motor, still in it's original plastic. I'll never replace that once the fender is back on. I have no interest in doing this over and over.

I splashed some temp color on the cover, just to see if I like the effect. I also powdered the heater box.
Next I started on the wiring. I have a relay for the blower, A relay for the elec rad fan. a circuit brkr for the rad fan and a circuit brkr for the elec door openers.
I'll probably build a box to cover this panel

Wow you got some toys.

On your springs, its easier to use the bottom piece of the spring compressor and shove the stud up through the shock hole. This has bee covered over on Trans Am country a few times on Nasty too.

Your fire wall is different. Does it have a gap between the flat one and the original? I just cut out around the box and tack welded in some sheet metal.

Yes the block off plate that I built is 1" off. I wanted to keep wipers and heat/defrost.
On another note I'm liking the upper A arms from the post "Help with choices" I'll be hitting that website today and see what my costs will be!!

I'm a bit confused by the thought of putting one end of the spring compressor through the top shock hole? The top hole is small hole, so how do you get the huge shaft of the spring compressor through the hole? Or do you ream it out a little first?
