I'm waiting to see your fan shroud so I can copy it.

 

It's pretty simple. I just have to get to the metal store about 25 mi out of my way and get sheet stock!

 

Are you using aluminum sheet? I was thinking about using the brake at work to bend up mine. I need sheet first.

 

I'm going to use steel. Prob 20 ga. I'll use my friends brake. Not too much to bend. I'll X across the middle for strength and just a small top and bottom bend. Using the stock mounting location, the side are pretty close already!
Ps with this rad I need to turn the idler arm bolts around to clear the lower rad hose.

 

Back to it, I'm buttoning up some details I've missed. Powder coated the cold air inlet ducts. Painted the horns and the wiper arms. I also painted inside the cowl holes.

 

Havn't posted here in a while. I posted about my tranny, I have no park just another neutral. I also wanted to get my speedo correct. I think due to the amount of agg, I 'll just deal with the park think. My parkng brake is fine. That thread is moved to some sub sub section( I think it's near the wiper section).
I prepping for primer now. I'll be a couple of days until I spray due to the weather. It's cold and rainy. I'll be spraying in shifts. I have lots of loose stuff that will require the car outside and I can't access both sides of the car in the garage at once.

 

Buttoned up some small stuff. Painted the tranny and cooler lines and stripped some incedentals.

 

sure am hoping you'll continue this i spent the last couple nights reading the whole thing and learned alot and got some cool ideas!
