Awesome, I think were one the same page. Cut to fit. Weld when duct tape won't hold. And modify or die.

Yeah I'm not doing a 100k remod. I also figured that a $200 repop probably would need modifying anyway. I'll find better ways to spend that money. Duct tape works great if your selling quickly.LOL

Still waiting for paint from Eastwood. It is a shame as it was 65 deg. for the past week now it's in the 40's when I need to spray.
I repaired the cracked nose piece, I drilled a small hole at the end of each crack and then I goughed out to fill. I used an epoxy from locktite. I checked the link that BB sent me to on the Vette forum. That was mainly for the flexible bumper covers on vetts.
I stripped the headlite buckets so they are ready for primer. The wheelwells I pored the backside that is under the fenders and filled the Xtra holes in them.

Default Red neck paint booth

Finally got the self etch in. In a couple hours I can go and spray 2K primer on it. I used the siphon gun on the self etch...I had forgotten what a cloud it puts out...Cough,cough

I'm with ya. I was out in the garage tonight. Sanding mud by the light of my kerosene heater. It was a whole 40* in there.
