Is urethane hard? I thought urethane was rubbery like the nose and bumper of an 80.I figure I can gouge the long crack and fill with epoxy, The spider I'm not sure if I should grind away or use a hole saw and just make anew with fiberglass.

That's why I posted the link to the Vette forum. Urethane can be several types. Yes, the nose is urethane, but need to determine which kit is right for the urethane on a late 2nd gen nose.

Got on the car. I rebuilt the inner fenders. I'm pretty concerned about the pass side. I was missing so much of the inner structure, I copied the drivers side but I need to refit the nose before I attach the inner to the outer.

I plan to reuse the cowl induction hood and air cleaner that I have. I'm going to attach the air horns on the air cleaner to the cold air in the front.I'm moving the blinkers behind the grill and plumbing the cold air from where the blinkers were. It is all in mock-up right now. I do have the ring that attaches the air cleaner to the hood.

Nice work on those fenders! Much better to save them, than to replace them anyway! The air cleaner idea is a good one too! Should perform better in hot weather, plus it will just be cool to see air intakes where the blinkers were!
