Default Any advice

So I have a 79 z28 I have a 355 all forged internals and put a 177 weiand on it but am having the hardest time getting my accessories to line up such as pulley wise and I'm at a total loss. Any ideas

I have a 1979 Z-28 RS with a 142 cubic inch mini blower .So I may be able to help you And what brackets and pulleys are you running. Do you have any pictures ?

Make sure you're using the right water pump. The short pump is for mounting the alternator on the drivers side. The long style pump is for passenger side alternator. You can google long or short Chevy water pump to see the physical differences, if you don't know what they look like. Try swapping those configurations and you'll have a heck of a time finding factory brackets and pulleys to work right, because there aren't any.

Default Camaro project


So I originally went with a electric water pump ran into problem after problem with the brackets and belts an all that so just threw a high performance belt driven water pump back in now everything is hooked up after burning the midnight oil all I gotta figure out to do is set the valve lash any advice
