The horn button connects that wire to ground. Then the horn blows!LOL

No my horn doesnt blow . . . literaly !

run that by me again. stock horn, no wires. Grant horn, one wire on the hub, one lead which needs a wire but doesnt have anything going to it . . . .

Stock horn has a wire to the ring. The ring runs to ground.

The little wire that looks like it doesn't go to anything,you put it under one of the screws that holds the wheel to the hub,and that gives the horn button a grounding point.

maybe i should post pictures of what it looks like . . . theres one wire connected to a ring on the hub that has a connector that matches the connection on the underside of the horn button (male to female) There is a second male connection on the underside of the horn button which im assuming is for power (if the other one is the ground) but were does the power come from . . . . ?

I believe power comes from the horn relay. Power goes to the relay, so when you ground it the relay pulls in and the horn is powered.

On a side note my son was born yesterday so work on the Camaro is on pause . . . prob till spring 7lbs 4oz, 22inches long, mom and baby are healthy and doing great
