That is still up in the air. If I do, it will probably be something in satin or flat black. I've got a 4" cowl hood and SS stripes would be cool, but the problem is color... We were going to go gunmetal with satin black SS stripes, but there is a 73 (I think) Camaro in town that is that color now, and seeing it, it doesn't look as cool as I thought it would. So Black is always sexy, we are going to go that route. The FIL works at a body shop, he is already asking for the fenders, spoiler, and flares and stuff to take them in to work on when he is bored. (he gets paid by "Billable Hours" not hourly so he gets to do what he wants). Then he said he could have their painter paint them when it he gets a chance.

Now im not complaining too much because i did get a real good price but i does suck, at least the rad hold down was an old one i just threw on because i put the other one on the 81 lol.

No, im not pissed about the paint job i love it i think it looks amazing. the only thing i was pissed about was the lack of caring they had for my engine bay by not covering it up. I can fix it but it just sucks that i have to do it again plus i think it looks kinda stupid with under the hood being primer still lol, Ill have to fix that up to.

I think it looks great. And I will probably go ape$h1T if that happens to my engine bay after sandblasting and painting and POR15ing everything in there. So I don't blame you for being bummed. I'm sure mineral spirits or thinner or something will get it off, but it is still time spent.

I doubt anything will get the paint off without affecting the paint under it. Afraid you'll probably jut have to clean and carefully paint it again. It's not fun, but I know you can make it right Joe. Once it's done you'll forget about their mistakes.
