I just think hearder wrap will last longer than paint. They make a silicone spray for them, I'll try that too. They make in colors too!

Header wrap will probably last longer than paint, but it looks pretty bad when it starts to get dirty, and there's no way to clean it.

Default 350 sbc

I traded an old set of rims for another 350, i couldnt help myself, Thats four 350's and a 305 HO i have now lol. im a grease monkey so what lol. i would have never used the rims and they were taking up space in my porch so i replied to a guys ad on a local classified ad he was looking to trade the motor for rims, i sent him some pics and now i have another family member lol.

well heres a pic of the rims, they needed allot of TLC

the motor was pulled out because it was knocking (rod) but i dont care, another project. Everything was apart i just sat the heads etc on for the pic.

Default More Bodywork

it's not the greatest but I did some more bodywork myself, tried to get the body line back (don't think i did that bad though). My Uncle (bodyman) is comming over tomorrow to see how i did and prob repair what i did wrong lol. Bondo was too hard so i had to sand like crazy.

not to bad at all a little more sanding and maybe some glazing should be OK

I like to run masking tape down one side of the body line and sand up to it. Then flip the tape to the other side of the line and sand to that. I can't remeber where I read that at but i tried it and got perfect body lines.

well, i'll see tomorrow how its gonna go, i thought of the tape on the body line after the fact lol. i seen it before and never thought of it.
