update! my summitracing wishlist will be ordered as soon as I can narrow down what cam kit I'm getting! Please help with more oppinions/links to the cam you would use with this set up. Also I'm considering buying new rockers/hyd. lifters too but I'm not sure if it will be necesarry.
In the meantime while I wait for the parts I will be cleaning/painting the engine bay, sandblasting/replacing the brake booster/cylinder, and cleaning the engine block. Also getting my heads rebuilt into 202 and having my alternator/starter rebuilt.
edit: I cant find camshaft & spring kits on summit anymore, I swear you could get a kit with the cam and matching springs together last time I was on summit, anyone else notice this?
I took in the opinion of 77nomad and added this cam to the wishlist http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-CL11-600-4/ do you guys think it'll work good? I just need to find some springs to go with it
Notice I keep editing instead of adding a lot of posts lol; Does anyone know where to find a bolt/hardware kit for rebuilding a 350? It would be nice to have all new hardware to build with, I cant seem to find such kit on summit ---FOUND
check out the new wishlist http://www.summitracing.com/myaccount/wishlist.aspx

Bolt kits really aren't needed, unless you've got lots of money and just want a new set. Head bolt sets run about $160, and that's about the only bolts you might want to change. I'd re-use stock, but it's your build.

Dang I was thinking the kit came with head bolts. For the price of the head bolts I can probably get them locally for no more then the near crazy $200. I added the springs onto the list. As far as a radiator goes, thats another item I will buy local. I'm thinking I have the wishlist basically ready to be ordered, just making sure I don't miss anything, I'd like to get it all at once. Also I believe that I have settled with that cam now to make sure the ignition to go with is a simple MSD distributer and wires.

Radiators are really inexpemsive at a few online dealers. I couldn't find anything cheap around here, so I ordered mine from a web site.
I sure wouldn't sweat the head bolts. I've never had an issue rebuilding a Chevy and reusing head bolts. Just clean them on a wire wheel, run a tap through the holes in the block, and oil the threads before torquing them down. They should be good to go. That $200 can go way better towards other things in your engine.

I'm thinking my ARP head bolts were less the 100.http://www.competitionproducts.com/A...fo/134%2D3601/ Yup 68 bucks. Vall is right though, I have built a few motors with the same bolts that came out of it with absolutely no problems.
As for radiators here is a cut and paste from another thread. This is an easy fit and in my application required NO modifications to the car.
Autozone Part Number: 438162 Less than $120
Advanced Auto Part # 433162 Less than $115
Summit Racing Part # PLI-433162 Less than $115
These are all direct fit rads, aluminum w/ plastic tanks and they weigh half of what a stock rad does.

Here is the semi-final wish list. It will be ordered as soon as I micro the cylinders and make sure the stock 4.00 bore gasket set will work etc.
I removed a few things because I'm not sure on a couple of them; rad and ignition. besides, those two I don't need until later on and I want to make the right choice. I'm thinking of going with electric fans on the rad and electronic ignition.
As for now I have:
Rebuild kit -gaskets, pistons, bearings
Bolt kit
headers
quiet timing gears
thumpr cam Hydraulic Flat Tappet, Advertised Duration 279/296, ift .498/.483,
holly intake kit
valve springs
I just noticed the cam I have selected is for a 454, guess i'll have to change that

Dude I'm sooo sorry. Thats a pretty big cam as far as duration goes. Heres the SBC one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-CL12-600-4/
Your gonna have your hands full. I know you ordered all ready but I would rethink that cam, 257* @ .050" Is a loong time for the valve to be open. Its gonna scream after say 4000 but its gonna be lazy below that.
