I cant find a cage for my 1979 camaro blower motor. I have tried all the websites I can find and called local auto stores. Any suggestions? No a/c. Could I try a different vehicle, different year. I am getting pretty frustrated.

 

Squirrel cage is a dealer part so calling parts houses will be futile IMO
However, you might get lucky on Ebay and find a used one
I "do" think they should be the same for many GM cars and even trucks of the same era
I take it you don't have even a broken one to measure?
