Default 79 Z28 Wiper assy. Help Please

Bought a 79 Z28 and am having a stupidly difficult time finding the Wiper Switch ( that goes in the dash ) the switch that goes on the electric motor( With Delay ) and Electric Motor all from the same place. It seems that nobody sells ALL of the matching parts. I have tried NPD, Classic Ind. and Rock Auto as well as Ebay sellers galore. They will have 1 or maybe even 2 components but nobody has everything needed to replace all of it.
Living in Florida, Wipers are not something you can drive without as it rains from April to November. I really do not care if the Intermittent feature comes with the set or not. I just want the wipers to work. I have thought about just installing a toggle switch but that would take a nice car and make it a podunk car. Not going to do it.
SO, Does anybody have a place and / or part numbers for me to go to get this nightmare behind me?!?! Maybe even a parts car with all items available? Any and all help is appreciated

Why does it all have to come from one place? Why not order from 2 or 3 places if that's what it takes to get it right?
