Wiring in Engine Bay on Firewall
Hello all. My son has been doing an LS swap and unfortunately he did not keep good notes of what wires he removed off of what when he took his 350 out. I have managed to figured out about 90% of the wiring but I do have some stragglers. I will only post one question at a time. Can someone please let me know what these two wires are. A few people have said the orange-ish is the high speed blower motor wire but thats not correct because I already have those wires connected. The “BLUE” wire has a weird rubber end and the “ORANGE-ISH” wire has a white plastic clip connector. I am thinking they possibly came off of the old A/C we took out??

The white connector reminds me of a Choke Plug. That would be a 12 volt power source with key on. As for the Blue one I am not sure but I can say it has not been plugged in for a long time. That grime inside the plug is thousands of miles worth. You could check it for power or ground if its power then start puling fuses one by one to see the circuit it is on.
It could be a AC High pressure switch. I think those were one wire depending on the year.
FYI year would be nice when thinking it terms a wiring an 81 has a lot more wires then a 70.

The car is a 1979. I have had someone also confirm the white plug is a constant power that went to the distributor.
The other plug is actually clean as a whistle. I am told this was for either a temp sensor or oil pressure sensor.
