Default Whats it worth? 71 rs 4spd air solid car

OK, I have a chance to buy a VERY SOLID, no rust anywhere!, just painted, forest green car, paint is BEAUTIFUL, doors fit perfect, straight as an arrow, I'm guessin it was a 5k paint job ,,it is a 1971 RS, its supposedly all there except the radiator and the motor, the front end has been rebushed with urathane and the front has new brakes also the front suspension has new springs with upgradesd parts,,some kind of upgraded ball joints and steering componets. it has a 10 bolt with muliti leaf. a "M21" trans that needs to be rebuilt,,it is not a matching numbers car. it looks like a kit car that needs to be assembled, it is a roller.

Green interior that has been dyed.

OK the seller thinks it might have come with a big block...how can I tell for sure???,,,it has AIR, i was told the air compresser area is smaller if it came with a big block, is that true??? also every big block came with a rear sway bar??is that true?

No, the build sheets are long gone, no gas tank either, help!! i know a solid base when I see one but

I have a 70 big block, but its the 375hp, and none of the high performance engines had air, so I am not sure about the compressor area.

It has a rear sway bar, but thought most, if not all did. But the 10 bolt sounds a lil weak for a big block.

Tag # should have some info, but not sure how much.

But the bottom line is its not a numbers car anyway, so why worry about which motor to put in? Go with the rat motor!!

Get the 572 crate engine and don't look back.

Main reason I'm asking is so I get the right ride height, if I put a smalll block in it and the springs are for a small block,,,etc,,thanks much for the info and your ideas.

Also the 4 spd is a MUNCIE did those come with small blocks?
