The fella who owns it is going to use it for a cruiser. The air cleaner and valve covers say 427 for nostalgia but it's a slightly worked over 502 with 3 inch stainless exhaust with electric dumps. It sounds incredibe. If you look at the rear shot you can see where the exhaust exits through the rear bumper.
The mini tub job is looks like it came factory and he has a nice four link set up with a 9'' rear end also. Joe and his wife were stripping the door panels to send out and should be starting on the body paint pretty soon.

Your CAMARO has to big of an E in it. They hang people for that sometimes.

But really, you'll need short valve covers. If its a tall deck truck motor that might not even help. I'm not a BB guy so I can't give real concrete answers. Try the first gen forum. BTW fix your E before you get there.

Welcome derbywife2, I had the same problem going to a big block in my 72. I needed tall valve covers to clear my rockers but the cover wouldn't clear my booster. I ended up getting a new 9" dual diaghram booster and that gave me plenty of clearance. If you post your question in the first gen tech section I'm sure they can better inform you. So I'm guessing you're a fellow Kentuckian?
