Glad you asked.

As a matter of fact that 350 was verified to have a healthy crank and four bolt main, thoroughly cleaned and bored over slightly, given a CROWER BEAST low torque Camshaft. Custom built vortec heads, performer vortec intake manifold, all new internals, a 700cfm quad barrel carb and a custom detailing job. Only thing were waiting on is a nice deal on a set of headers.

Here it is as of yesterday:

Lol! appreciate it and will do, but no need to sugar coat, that exhaust sounds terrible haha.

IDK what the previous owner was thinking because that isn't the stock exhaust, man is it ever quiet and lame sounding, you can hardly even hear the cam thumping.

But thanks again.

Nice job, Ibanez.
Couple of tips;
1. Bolt ground cable from alt bracket to engine block - better conductivity.
2. Chrome coolant outlet - remove it and exchange with standard stock housing because chrome does not seal. Might try removing housing and sanding on countertop removing the chrome - sometimes works.
3. Any bolts going into alum intake, remove bolts and coat threads with anti-seize as this effort will help later in life - corrosion preventive between two dissimilar metals.

Keep up the good effort overall.

Default Hit 200k miles

Last week I had to replace the A/C blower fan, Yesterday I replaced the Fuel pump, and this morning when i went to open the drivers side door some paper clip looking piece of wire fell out. On my way to work the clutch kept sticking to the floor, and every time i turn a corner the power steering whines at me...... BTW my 99 3.8 Camaro just hit 200k miles and this all started a few weeks ago.... I think they built in a self destruct on mine LoL.... I'm not upset though, if i was driving a ford this all would have happened 100k miles ago. 200k miles and this is the first time I've had to replace these items. Replacement parts are cheap and I got the tools. My car got me to work and back and thats all that really matters in the end.

I took mine out to blow the dust off of it,I plan to do the body work this winter myself, too hard to find a reasonable body shop.
