I moved my car to a mechanics shop to have it worked on. Been sitting in my shop for over a year without me touching it. Time to shell out a few bucks and get it on the road to terrorize some ponys this summer.

Today, I am trying some carburetor cleaner on my cast aluminum intake manifold in an effort to "clean it up" some. I'm not sure I know how to post a photo of the car or if I am authorized or not, so I'll just say mine is a classic 1969 RS / SS 396.

Being you have a 69, do you really want to be hanging out with the likes of the 2nd gen crowd (the section you posted this in)?

People feel more comfortable in the 2nd gen section. We're more forgiving of people with other years, and makes!

Hello again Gang....Long Time since I posted..

I just put enough miles on the new Rear end so I could Let it rip off the line..

Oh my...With the new Gears, new power Steering and new 285 rears and SFC's, it was a real treat to let it drift off the line....

The car handles and corners like it is on Rails...Mainly due to the all new suspension including hotchkis parts and coil overs ect...

Mines just going to be fast, but it will never look good. I cant justify 20k for a paint job.
