Don't get weatherstripping just for the sake of getting some. Get the right stuff the first time.

This is the kit you want to get.
Pete at FBodyWarehouse is a great guy. I've spoken to him a few times on the phone. He has a bunch of forums related to second gen trans am pontiacs, and he just recently started http://thecamaroclub.net/ forum. It really hasn't picked up yet though, still really new.

bump stop? window rbbon?
i've only taken the weatherstripping off around the doors but there is a slot that one side of the stripping just fits snuggly into, you shouldn't need any glue
you kinda have to pry it in in some spots, a flathead screwdriver works perfectly

The trunk needs to be fit, cut and glued in. I'm not positive, but I don't see how the stuff along the roof would work without glue. It is glued to the channel that goes there, you have to remove it to get to the screws to get it off. Maybe not on the door, but I'd say it would need a little bit.
glue won't hurt along the tops doors, i didn't use any but you definitely could put a bead there if you feel like it. My weatherstripping fit pretty snuggly into that channel so i didn't bother with any
