U14 Cluster swap
I have a 78 sport coupe Camaro. I have bought a U14 cluster, cleaned it up and had the speedo calibrated/lubed and all the other gauges tested. I have looked at various diagrams and instructions. I think I have the harness reconfigured but I am having difficulty understanding the jumper for the e brake indicator. If the switch at the pedal grounds out the circuit, for the indicator light, why jump it?
And the Generator light wire (brown) that I eliminated from the harness. Do I need to ground that or just leave it dangling?
