i have a 1981 camaro, rebuilding a chevy 350 engine my goal is to have 363 horsepower with 405 ft/lbs of torque, setting the standards low, i was going to put a 700R4 transmission in, but i was woundering if i could get another opinion on which other transmissions would work with little modifying if possibe

 

a 400 turbo would be nice
