If it makes you feel better i didn't get to drive my 78 for 11 years if you don't count being towed. I beg, borrow and steal to get money for parts now that I can see the finish line. Having a yard sale this weekend as a matter of fact. If anyone want's to stop by.

Your project 70 split bumper is probably worth more money than his 3rd gen show car. I bought a 82 with everything brand new and built to around 400whp. It had new weatherstripping all new suspension, exhaust interior paint. It looked better than a new one. I paid 5 grand 3 years ago and thank god I sold it and got my money back. Keep the 70.

Is your car a driver now? Your avatar shows it on the road. I'd rather drive and repair a 70, than have an 82 that doesn't need work.

thats not much, you'll prob have to replace that stuff on the 82 sooner or later anyway.

keep the 70, it's almost done anyway. he must want to trade for a reason? hell, i'll buy my cousins 84, give it to you plus $5000 lol.

his car has everything new this guy has a lot money in this car around 8 to 10 gs the car was dyno at close to 600 horses . the only reason he wants to trade is he's scared of driving it. do to the engine modified law and he's scared of getting caught and having it crush.

you guys are going to hate me for this. but i also thought of trading it for a RV for the family trips.. my wife was if you trade flip the car and get the RV.

Oh well then, if the wife is part of it, there's no sense us trying to talk sense to you.
Sounds like you're having to talk it over with her and work out a "compromise" (read, do what she wants).
