Default still having headlight trouble

On my 80's camaro i'm having trouble with my head lights.
At first, it was just that the right side was dim and the turn signal didn't work. i found the ground and repaired it and that fixed the dimness problem. However, when i put the right turn signal on all the lights flash, as if i had the emergency lights on. When i turn the left turn signal on nothing happens.

Seeing as all the lights are going off, i thought i'd add that the emergency switch on the steering column broke off. soooo, that MIGHT be a problem.

any ideas?

Yep! I'd say fix the emergency flasher, as if it's stuck on they'll all flash.

well im pretty sure the switch isn't stuck on, seeing as they all don't flash unless i put the right turn signal on. Other wise, the lights all work fine. But i'm looking into fixing it... i don;t wanna take apart the steering column, and i think that's the only way to get to it. :/
