My 81 Cmaro originally came with the 4-speed, Saginaw I beleive it was. I recently swapped it with a Muncie 4-speed. The needle on the speedometer cable doesnt seem to go in all the way. Is it compatible? Also how do I hook it up without it interfering with the shift linkage?

 

i think u can get a L shaped connector that u scew into the trans and the cable screws into it. ask the at the local parts store.

 

i need something like this too, my spedo is very pestamistic, the spedo said we were doing 45-50 when a chase car read 90mph lol
