i purchased some cheap racing seats from ebay 250.00 including shipping(has same sliders as in your pic.purchased adapters from summit racing 49.99 each, driver and passenger they are made to fit the floor of your camaro and level the seat."made for thier seats only"but i welded them directly to the sliders and they work great.i did not have to cut or add anything i just welded them direct and they slide back and forth fine.the adapters lined up with th factory mounts in the floor.

Hey kerby, I think we might go with the brackets from Summit...we cant get the measuring down because all four bolts in the floor are different heights. So can you take some pictures of your seats for me? I'd appreciate it! Oh and my dad wants to know what type of weld did you do..a tig or mig? Thanks!!!

i did mig with my little lincoln welder,i just recently convertered it to gas,was just flux core.i dont think it would matter as long as you get a good bead on it.the gas just mainly eliminates slag but since these are just brackets noone will see it does not matter or you can grind down the slag.i will try tommorrow to take the passenger seat out.i will take a pic of the seat in the car and then out showing were i welded.later
