rusty floor pan and side

Default rusty floor pan and side

i got my 75 and took up the carpet and there was rust like i could see through it, and on the outside also rite beetween the drivers side door and fender what do you sugjest what i should do???????

Weld in replacement panels done by a professional.

im thinking about doing it my self but i just want to see what would be cheaper doing it myself or taking it to a shop get back 2 me and plus yearone is to expensive????

hello,i also have a 75,you need to find the leaks,mine was leaking from the rear window and i still have to find the leaks on the front window.i replaced my rear quarter panels myself.you can get floorpans pretty cheap off ebay,yes they are china made but i had no problems with rear quarter panels i purchaced.my floor pans are not so bad so i am going to patch them with the metal off the old quarter panels i cut out.If your car is just your own personal daily driver i see no reason you cannot patch yours unless it is beyond patching.even then i dont see welding in new pans as being near as hard as doing rear quarter panels.
