Default rocker arm question

So im putting together the gm 290 HP crate motor I purchased. I want to run roller rockers. How ever the studs are pressed in studs. Not really a fan of those. Is there a way to tap out the studs and use threaded studs?? never really had to do this before. any info on this would be really helpful. THanks - Jon

If you don't have machine shop skills, or equipment, you'd be best off having a shop do the job:

well what does it require? just a tap and a bottoming tap??? and if the holes go through the water jack you do not even really need a bottoming tap... my real question (which I should have specified) is that how do you get the pressed studs out???
