rear seats

I know that the from seats from a 4th gen if taken off the new tracks and put on the old tracks will fit in a seconds gen but i was wondering about the rear seats? will these fit and lock into the rear?

I think there is a little modification,i could be wrong though.Although i have seen a few done so there is a way to make them fit.
