i cant figure out how to get my rear seat out of my 78 Lt its driving me nuts! i have to reupholster the seats but i cantdo that if i cant get them out, any advice would be greatat this point

 

Push down and in (twords the trunk) on the 2 bottoms and they will pop out, then loosen the 2 bolts at the bot,of the seat back and it will lift out. This may seem hard cuz the seats like to bind to the clamps that hold them.

 

If you are looking to lighten your ride bu removing the back seats, you might (seriously) consider looking at cop shops or police stores on-line, they make plastic rear seats for cars. Galls might have them. They are used to transport offenders, 1 solid peice so bad guys cant hide stuff in the folds. Worth a shot.
