I have a 1976 Rally Sport and I need to know what color stripes came on the car. It is black on top and silver on the bottom.

No way to tell what color your car had if you don't have the build sheet, short of careully stripping the paint to see what might be under the silver. Of course, it may not have even had stripes originally.
If it did have stripes they would most certainly have been black on a car with a black top.
