$400 is a very good deal. But if you don't know what it is does that mean you don't have a title. That would explain the cost. It is a lot of work to get a title in Colorado.

It has a title and it has been non-op'd so no back fees. Cleanest trunk I have ever seen. The title just says 1980 Chevy coupe
