Default Picked up this camaro for 400 good deal? no engine

It looks like a z28 but how can I tell?

It has the functional z28 cowl hood, function louvers, 5 piece body kit. T-tops etc. I just want to know what it is and if I got a decent deal. No rust!!

I have the lower grille for that car in pretty good condition if you need it! from a 78. silver as well. The z28 came with the lower grill and not the upper haha.

Damn right, that's a steal nowadays. Why wouldnt you just paint the lower grille and put it on your RS for now?

what year is it? it looks like it would be a 80-81 Z because the 78 never came with the 5 piece spoilers, had louver fender vents and no air induction. 79 also had the louver vents, no air induction and only had the front 3piece spoiler.

Whatever year it is google 19?? Camaro Data and it should be right there at the top of the search. Then check your VIN and compare.

I am killing the 80 rs to complete this 80 z28. I previously disassembled a 79 Trans am and 79 z28 so I have many different options. Also may be getting a 77 formula firebird Sunday.

So I checked the cowl tag and it is a Los Angeles z28 with factory power windows and t-tops.

I seen a Camaro, mid 80's on a s10 blazer frame. Stock wheels, factory faded paint. Towing a old Dodge Caravan with the front cut off it so it was a trailer. It sagged so low that from 6 blocks away I though I saw a Camaro in a full on wheel stand cross th intersection. I caught up to them and then almost puked. Moral of the story, UGLY Camaro LOL.
