opinions needed....
I'm restoring a '81 that was a race car. The fire wall is completely patched and welded shut. I'm putting a 454 into the car, and it's going to be a weekend cruiser and occationally I'll be running it at the drags. Should I set it up with A/C or just heat?[/align]
neither!!!!! cap off all the ports coming off the water pump. the car has no heater core if it was a race car. and ac takes power off the motor. not that that much, but its gunna be a ***** if none of that **** is there. so you have to buy all new lines and a compressor refridgerent. you have to worry about it leaking and belts and to much work for a car that you just want to go fast. just leave it all out. and get big big numbers outta your 454
