Tonight i decided to attack those rear shocks i thought were loose and guess what i did snapped one of the bolts dammit! but i lucked out i took the shock out heated the remaining stud with my home depot torch and it came out with the ol vise grips after heating it three time.
i also took the back seat out in the event of a fire. put new bushing at the bottom of the shock now i'm good to go whew!!!
that couds have been a real downer i think i figured out what the banging might be i think since there is a small shackel on the rear leaf springs the shocks are getting all the way extended and when it comes back up from a bump it extends all the way and kinda hops and bangs. maybe the wrong shocks. the shackle is about 6 ,7 inches should it be that long?

ok i decided it was time to work on the car some more the heater didn't work when i got it so it turns out sombody didn't have the vacume hose hooked up that pulls the actuators from def to heat that was easy.
But i did also look into the dash lights and gauges not working it turns out the guy before me or before him cut the main harness head plug that plugs in to the cluster ???? why do people do this stuff i have no clue .
so now i either have to get a whole new harness $500??? or get the head that plugs in and start splicing what a night mare??? help please anybody with suggestions!! I would like to hook up the stock gauges like fuel tach water etc or i can get all after market ones (not!!!).

Clutch should be adjusted so that you can push the pedal in with light pressure and it moves about 1/2" of freeplay before feeling any pressure. That should get the clutch to engage higher off the floor.

I put min from the fork to the subframe. If you look just right you'll see two little holes for the spring to go to.

I put the other end on the fork if thats what your asking. From the fork to the frame thats it only one spring. I'm not 100% sure it in the right spot on the sub frame , but man it sure does look right.
