Default Lt1 swap in 1st gen...

Has any one here done it? I got it just about figured out im hung up on small things such as what gas pedal to convert to that has cable instead of the rod. And if i need to use a diffrent radiator for the reverse flow system. The final Product will have a t5 behind it with nitrided gears and shafts and hydro clutch. and soon after the swap it will have twin t28 turbos running at 6psi and hopefully aprox 450h.p.

How do you plan to feed and manage the engine?

Holley makes a inline version of the Walbro 255 pump. I will use that with 3/8 line with an fittings. then make a 3/8 return line and modifie the stock tank for the return. Then i have a stock harness with stock ecu. Ill have to rewire a few things here and there but its no big deal. For the turbo end of the deal i will be using a f.m.u. to raise the fuel rate and a msd boost retard box to pull timming out as boost kicks in. Then it will all get tuned with a wide band o2 and just make sure im not to lean any where.

It should work out pretty well. As for radiator, any cross flow type will work OK. Let us know how it works out.
