Looking to purchase this SS but need help with VIN.

Can anyone one tell me if this is a 1970 1/2 RS?

Any thing else you can tell me would be appreciated.

 

ST 71=1971
12487=Camaro Sport Coupe (they all have that code)
Norwood Ohio plant
189?01=Body production number (nothing to do with the VIN)
TR 785=Black custom interior
67 67=classic copper/classic copper exterior
06 B=Built second week of June
Some Norwood cars had another code below where your 67 is to indicate it being an SS or Z/28
Unfortunately, nothing on your trim tag tells what model you have. And the VIN only tells if a 6 or 8 cylinder engine.
And, do we want to get started on the "no such official thing as a 1970-1/2" debate?
