I am looking for an L-88 hood for my 72. It is in the body shop now almost ready for paint. Any good company's anyone here recommend to buy one from. Any suggestions are appreciated.

 

All I can tell you is stay clear of Unlimited! Cheap prices, but heard nothing but bad about their fit and finish. Harwood always seems to sell high quality. You've only got fiberglass for a choice in a L88 type hood. All fiberglass will need some fitting, even the best.

I've heard good things about VFN. Even talked to them at one point about an L-88 hood before buying a new style hood from Harwood. I have a friend who bought some stuff from them for his Pro Street 67 Mustang. Quality and fit were right up there.

thanks Pablo, I actually was just looking at their website as well. seems pretty reputable. Harwood, vfn, usbody, and fiberconcepts are the 4 I am looking at right now. I have a few days to decide so any more input is welcomed. Thanks for the quick responses guys.
