With the gaskets in place, can you view the mating surface of the intake to the heads straight on to see that the angles are the same? Even check gaps top to bottom with a feeler gauge or fine wire. If something is different with the angle match, you can end up with a manifold vacuum leak.

 

well i drilled the wholes out and it bolted up just fine... ill have to get the rest of it put together and see if it does leak or not.
