how to remove window trim?

I'm starting the tear down on my 78 camaro and getting it ready for body work and paint. Just wondering how to safetly remove the front, rear, and side window trim without damaging it. thanks

Most local auto parts stores will carry the tool you need for about $10-$15. Its a very simple tool but worth its weight to save your trim.
