Welcome!
If the buckets are all in good shape and not loose or bent, then it's simply raising the point of aim by the adjusting screws. There's a screw directly above each light, and one to the outside edge.
Park your car on a flat surface about 20' away from a wall or garage door. Measure from the ground to the center of your headlight, then put a tape mark on the wall at the same height. Now turn on your lights and screw the top screw clockwise until the center of the beam is slightly lower than the tape mark. That should do it.
If you run out of adjustment before it reaches the mark you've got issues with your buckets. If you need to move them left or right you turn the side screws accordingly.
If the headlights were installed correctly the lettering will be right side up, and vertical when you look at them before you start. I've actually seen haedlights that wouldn't adjust right because someone didn't make sure they were installed vertically before they started.

Wow I ouldn't add anything to that. Exactly how I would do it. If both are pointing down. Are the front tires really short. Big shackles. Big tires. Short springs. These are also things that can cause this. If the adjusters can't fix it and the car has alot of rake you could lower the *** a tough. Hey your new here. BTW Welcome.
