Default Horn blowing while i turn the wheel

ANYBODY KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG I JUST BOUGHT A CANCELING CAM AND HORN KIT AND THE HORN BLOWS WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL ?
DO I MAYBE HAVE THE WRONG PARTS 75 TILT COLUMN

All I can guess is the spring isn't in there or when you put the new canceling cam may have pinched a wire. Sounds like a short to ground somewhere. Well at least its easy to work on.

Took it apart again seems to be better.no misterous horn beeps yet on turns thanks
do you like the wheels? i found a tilt column for $150 from a 79 will that fit my 75?
I have alittle play in mine that i cannot tighten he also has a set of red bucket seats for $250 for the pair one small rip
