Default fuel lines!!

hello everyone! i finally dropped in the rebuilt rear axle and leaf springs. while i was under there i decided to drop the gas tank and start the fuel lines for the rear. i have never done this before so i really dont know what im doing. i came across this(check attatchment) and i had no clue what i was looking at. i can only assume its some sort of vapor return system?? i really need help planning out what to do. can someone please tell me the easiest way to set up my fuel lines? i hear theres a way to do it without a vapor return line but i dont know how. i really appreciate the help!

The passenger side has supply and return. The larger is obviously supply. The driver side has a line that follows the brake lines to the charcoal canister for emissions and cleaning up the raw fuel smell. There is a line that comes out the top and loops around the perimeter that is the vent. If there were no vent, when you fill the tank the air couldn't escape. It also helps vent the pressure built up on hot days when the tank wants to expand. Vented caps were used in early cars.

I got the brake lines for my car from Inline Tube. 170ish for stainless, all prebent and spot on. I would recommend them to anyone. Inline tube - Online Catalog - Chevrolet About 200 for stainless.
