Default floor pans - cost to install

Please help -- I have a 78 LT with completely shot / rusted floor
Can anyone help on how much i should expect to pay for a decent repair, floor pans are cheap enough but would like advise of how much labour should be.
Is there anyhing i should look out for?
Some have told me it is very unusual for rust in the floor of a 78 Camaro???
