Default Fisrt ride of the year Sunday!

I finally drove my Camaro for the first time Sunday. Had back surgery March 11th so I haven't been able to do much. It's hard as heck to get into it. Getting out isn't to bad. The car ran great, like I never put it up for the winter. Drove it for about an hour. It was about 65° out. The engine coolant temp. never went above 185° and the transmission fluid temp. stayed under 150°. And it hits triple digit speeds REAL QUICK!

Bet it felt good. 65deg is exceptional here in NY. I'm up on the St Lawrence river and have to pick n choose my ride days as they come! Can't seem to get a dry day either lately. If you're in Central NY we'll have to hook up some Sunday in Cicero at the ESTA Dragstrip (5 miles from Syracuse) for one of their Camaro, Mustang, Firebird events. Get to see alot of fast and beautiful cars there.

It's hitting low 70's here today, and I just renewed the plates on the '71, so I'll be out today too!

I'm 15 minutes from ESTA. I haven't brought this '78 Camaro out there. It's not ready for the track yet.
