idk why everyone is freaking out about a little whine... richmonds are known to be noisy the same as biggins.... they just have some drone to them, has nothing to do with how they were installed as far as it being incorrect is just the way they are, they make a little noise, so what, i have mufflers on the end of my headers for exhaust, that makes a "little" noise... so what

my buddy put richmond 4.10 in his car two years ago,,, its had a decently loud drone ever since and hes made at least 100 track passes and nearly dailys it.... so no problem to make a little noise.

My posts were directed towards him not checking backlash at all. Too tight or loose they won't last long. That was my only point. I guarantee my Borg Warner whines more than both your rears put together. Kind of like it that way.
