Lightbulb Fiberglass Body panels

First time post. Sorry if this is a re-post, but I couldn't find much regarding fiberglass panels. Has anyone used the Unlimited Products (up22.com) fiberglass panels? I'm heavily interested in converting my 81 nose to a 70-73 RS style split bumper. I'll need the fenders, nose, grill inserts and the like, along with some expected minor fabrication. I just want to know if I'll be wasting my time and money going with Unlimited Products instead of steel panels. If someone has used either fiberglass or steel panels from a different manufacture, and would highly recommend them instead, I would be grateful for such information.

Thanks,

I bought nose, fenders and grill for Camaro 70RS from up22.com . Quality is disgusting. All parts is curve, parts has not fixture. I did not put these details on the car. Then I have ordered the original steel parts from ebay

I've never heard anything good about the fit on parts from Unlimited. They are fine for a race car where it's not a big deal, but for a nice street ride they are a big disappointment.
Really it's not just that brand when it comes to fiberglass fitting right. Even the best fiberglass products are in need of some adjustment or repair to make them fit.

Junkman you do great work! Very impressed with the quality. That's probably the only "70-73 Camaro" with T tops!

Sorry your not exclusive, I'm doing the exact same set-up with a '80 t-top and leaving the rear window as is. I bought the up22 crap and threw it all out. $900 mistake. Got any finished pics Junkman? Mine's ready for paint, just deciding which House of Kolor Candy it's gonna be. Should be a fun summer ride.

Check this link out. I haven't used the stuff myself but have heard good things and spoken with the owner in the past. Seemed like a stand up guy.
