Default F body on a rotisserie

Hi, I figured I had asked all the questions about putting a car on a rotisserie then someone said to be careful putting a F body car on one without some precautions, apparently you can bend them never to have them be the same ever again.
Can anybody collaborate this with some advise.

Thanks

Its all a matter of opinion on how the car should be restores. If the car is alread weak or you are cutting away enough metal for repair that you will make it weak the car could bow or twist on the rotisserie. Since the body on a Camaro is the sturcture and you start welding in repairs you are making the bow or twist permenant.

A good metal worker will use the rotisserie for deconstuction stripping and small repairs on a solid body. If the car is weak the car should go on a body jig. This will locate key point os the body in the same way the car was built.

When they talk about support the body on the rotisserie they are talking about adding welded in supports between the floor and roof and the accross where the door should be, You can do that but you need to be sure that the body is sitting right before you start supporting. If a car is twisted before you brace it then you are still going to have issues. Verifying the cars stucture can be done with a tape measure.
