Default Experiences with polyurethane bushings?

Planning on rebuilding my suspension in the fall. Due to the horrible street conditions here in chicago I need to raise my suspension due to damaging my exhaust on several occasions. I was planning on replacing my bushings with energy suspension pieces. Has any body done the same? Any thoughts after driving on them awhile?

Thanks

Expect to transfer a little more road noise to the body, and a firmer ride. They wont do anything for raising the ride height, but wont compress and soften up like rubber either.
