I can get my hands on a wrecked '94 LT1, and was wondering has anyone installed one in there 2nd gen.? Is it possible to change it to carb. or would I have to use the fuel injection (coil packs)? Thanks in advance.

 

GM Performance Parts makes an intake manifold for the LT1 that a carbureter can be mounted on to. Someone else might make one too. Make sure if you use it you change the Opti-Spark to a 1995 and later version. If I had to guess it'd be a fairly simple change if it already had a Chevrolet small block in it.
