Question cylinder misfire

Hello g2 family...i have an issue that i need help on, i have a 1980 camaro with a rebuilt chevy 350 sb that came out of a 77 corvette... i did a burnout which is something i don't do all the time, so after the burnout it started running rough almost like it wanted to stall every time i stopped at a light..when i got home i checked the motor over, looking for vacuum hose disconnections, burn spark plug wires, but nothing i even changed the spark plugs..so i did they spray water on each header and i found that cylinders 2-3-5 weren't firing...so i called a mechanic and scheduled a appointment, since then i haven't started the camaro in a few days since then. when i did car is running perfect now..all cylinders firing , what could of caused them to miss fire and then to start firing after a couple days not starting the car?
